Attached is a Fact Sheet and letter detailing an agreement between PDC and Key Development Corp. for redevelopment of Block 67 in the Central Eastside.
PDC will sell the property to KDC at fair market value and KDC’s preliminary plans are to construct a 12-story, 200,000 square foot building with approximately 290 market rate apartments, ground floor retail, and about 175 structured parking spaces.
If you are not familiar with the property it’s located immediately adjacent to the Burnside Bridge, and is bounded by NE 2nd Avenue to the west, West Burnside Street to the south, NE 3rd Avenue to the east , and the Convention Plaza property to the north.
There are two ways for people to comment on the project and this is detailed in the Letter to Stakeholders.
