The CEIC wishes to determine an efficient and sustainable approach for providing access to and movement around the district for workers, visitors, residents and customers for the long term. We are seeking proposals from individuals, firms, teams or consultants with experience in the development of parking master plans for the development of a Parking Master Plan for the Central Eastside which is a 681-acre district encompassing property south of I-84 to Powell and the river to SE 12th.
