Community Resources

The following is a list of resources available to the community outside of our Central Eastside Together programs. These resources are a place to learn more about houselessness and its root causes, as well as opportunities to support people currently experiencing houselessness.


The Joint Office of Homeless Services was established in 2016 to oversee the delivery of services to people experiencing homelessness in Multnomah County.

Street Roots’ updated guide provides a complete list of services, as well as notices related to COVID-19

The Homelessness Research & Action Collaborative (HRAC) at Portland State University addresses the challenges of homelessness in Portland and beyond.

The City of Portland maintains a list of resources for safety as well as information on COVID-19.
