Central Eastside Together is one of Portland’s three Enhanced Services Districts, which serves the CEID from I-84 to Powell Blvd and the Waterfront to 12th Ave. Collectively, Central Eastside Together, Downtown Clean and Safe, and Lloyd District serve as a single voice to advocate for neighborhood improvements, boost small businesses, and host community events–all to attract visitors and Portlanders to the core of each of our districts.
