Join the Regional Arts and Culture Council (RACC), Portland Street Art Alliance (PSAA), City of Portland’s Graffiti Removal Program and Bureau of Development Services to learn more about mural options and how to mitigate graffiti on your property.

We will discuss how property owners in the Central Eastside can work with local artists, the City, and arts organizations to help mitigate graffiti and promote placemaking in our district.  Using the Viaduct Arts project as a case study, we will learn about how to choose the right mural for your site, what it’s like working with local artists, the permitting process, and cost/maintenance considerations.
