The Enhanced Service District Central Eastside Together (CET) Contract is Up for Renewal from City Council The Enhanced Services District for the Central Eastside is subject to Periodic Review in 2022. City Council will hold public hearings to determine whether or not the license fee should be terminated. Make Your Voice Heard The City of Portland and the Central Eastside Together (CET) are seeking public input on the Periodic Sunset Review and the Contract renewal. You can be part of the Central Eastside’s recovery during this pivotal time! Help us to ensure that CET continues providing safety and cleaning and promoting economic vitality through advocacy, events, and the marketing of the Central Eastside.
