We are thrilled to share this new documentary short from Groundscore Association created with funding from Central Eastside Together’s Community Grants program.

Groundscore Association is a peer-led initiative of Trash for Peace, and is an association of informal recyclers, dumpster divers and other environmental workers who create and fill low-barrier waste management jobs. We are so happy to support this work through grant funding and through Groundscore’s work through their G.L.I.T.T.E.R program as a contractor providing cleaning service in the Central Eastside. Ground Score is collectively-organized and their work seeks to build a more environmentally and socially aware community, while also changing society’s perceptions of what and who is considered valuable.
